Connect Planhat to PostHog to sync your data into the PostHog data warehouse for analysis and modeling.

Enter your Planhat API access token to pull your customer success data into the PostHog Data warehouse.

You can create an API access token from a Private App under Settings → Service Accounts in Planhat. The token is shown once, so copy it immediately. It grants read access to your companies, end users, users, licenses, assets, and NPS responses.

Linking Planhat to PostHog

1. Go to the Data pipeline page in PostHog
2. Click New source and select Planhat
3. Fill in the required configuration fields
4. Click Next, select the tables you want to sync, and then press Import
