AWS Compute Optimizer
BetaThis source is currently in beta. It works end to end, but you may still hit rough edges. Let us know if you do.
Let AI connect your sources for you
Skip the manual setup — run this in your project and the wizard auto-detects your databases and APIs and connects them to PostHog.

Connect AWS Compute Optimizer to PostHog to sync your data into the PostHog data warehouse for analysis and modeling.
Sync AWS Compute Optimizer recommendations for the connected account in one AWS region.
Enable Compute Optimizer for this account before you sync.
Grant compute-optimizer:GetEnrollmentStatus to check enrollment.
Grant these permissions for the tables you select:
compute-optimizer:GetEC2InstanceRecommendationscompute-optimizer:GetAutoScalingGroupRecommendationscompute-optimizer:GetLambdaFunctionRecommendationscompute-optimizer:GetECSServiceRecommendationscompute-optimizer:GetEBSVolumeRecommendationscompute-optimizer:GetRecommendationSummariescompute-optimizer:GetRDSDatabaseRecommendationscompute-optimizer:GetIdleRecommendationscompute-optimizer:GetEC2RecommendationProjectedMetrics(also needsGetEC2InstanceRecommendations)compute-optimizer:GetECSServiceRecommendationProjectedMetrics(also needsGetECSServiceRecommendations)
Each sync replaces the current recommendations. This source does not keep recommendation history.
