Connect Loop Returns to PostHog to sync your data into the PostHog data warehouse for analysis and modeling.

Enter your Loop API key to pull your returns data into the PostHog Data warehouse.

Create a key in Loop under Settings > Developers. The key needs the Returns scope for the returns and advanced shipping notice tables, and Destinations (Read) for the destinations table.

Start date is optional and sets how far back the first sync reaches. Without it, syncing starts two years ago.

Linking Loop Returns to PostHog

  1. Go to the Data pipeline page in PostHog
  2. Click New source and select Loop Returns
  3. Fill in the required configuration fields
  4. Click Next, select the tables you want to sync, and then press Import
