Skip the manual setup — run this in your project and the wizard auto-detects your databases and APIs and connects them to PostHog.
Connect Clever to PostHog to sync your data into the PostHog data warehouse for analysis and modeling.
Enter the bearer token Clever issued to your app for a district. Find it in your Clever app dashboard, under that district's Data Sources tab in the API Token section. See the Clever API overview for details.
Each token is scoped to a single district — connect a separate source per district you want to sync. Rostering data beyond districts requires the district's Clever Secure Sync (Clever Complete) subscription.

Linking Clever to PostHog
- Go to the Data pipeline page in PostHog
- Click New source and select Clever
- Fill in the required configuration fields
- Click Next, select the tables you want to sync, and then press Import
