Configuration

Create a key in Data > APIs. Grant Pixel Attribution and Summary Page read access for both tables.

Shop domain

Copy the shop domain from Settings > Store. The API key owner must have access to this shop.

Import start date

Required: True

Use YYYY-MM-DD. Each sync reads all data from this date. Long date ranges require more requests.

Linking Triple Whale to PostHog

  1. Go to the Data pipeline page in PostHog
  2. Click New source and select Triple Whale
  3. Fill in the required configuration fields
  4. Click Next, select the tables you want to sync, and then press Import
