Send event and emails data from PostHog into Sendgrid whenever a user is identified in PostHog.
This requires either PostHog Cloud, or a self-hosted PostHog instance running version 1.30.0 or later.
Not running 1.30.0? Find out how to update your self-hosted PostHog deployment!
You'll also need Sendgrid access, obviously.
- Visit the 'Apps' page in your instance of PostHog.
- Search for 'Sendgrid' and select the app, press Install.
- Add your Sendgrid API key at the configuration step.
- Enable the app and watch your contacts list get populated in Sendgrid!
|The key needs PUT access|
|Comma separated list of additional properties that will be sent to Sendgrid as custom fields. Optionally, you can define an alternative key for the field in Sendgrid. E.g. myProp1=my_prop1,myProp2=my_prop2|
