1. Make PostHog web simple again
   • Interview users in our ideal customer profile (ICP).
   • Define what "simple" means for these users. Do not optimize for every user.
2. Understand and improve PostHog Desktop
   • Interview PostHog Desktop users.
   • Learn whether PostHog Desktop is confusing. Learn why it is confusing. Learn what users want to see.
   • Build it. Fix it. Do it. Fax it. Rename it.
3. Create a design system
   • Define where buttons go, what remains hidden, and what happens when a user selects the close button.
