Merch Refresh
Motivation: Rethinking the structure around our merch in order to maximize our output for more interesting items. Our basics are out of date, our events merch is too bulky and drives up shipping costs, and our kits need a refresh. Rethinking and redesigning our approach to each area of visibility will help us gain clarity about what is possible.
What we'll ship: High visibility events merch that cut down on bulk to reduce shipping costs, a refresh to each of our kits and custom packaging, researched garments that are tested by our staff to ensure they will hold up over time.
We'll know we're successful when: We get positive responses from our community and see people wearing our merch.
Murals (sidequest)
Motivation: Hogpatch needs an eye-catching, street-facing mural. What does this look like, and where else could we put large-scale artwork?
What we'll ship: A mural, vinyl stickers, and more.
We'll know we're successful when: Hogpatch is instantly recognizable.

Website R&D
Motivation: Some of our website pages need updates and rethinking to better show our brand personality.
What we'll ship: New web pages – specifically the about page, a new "What is PostHog?" page, and other pages with a high number of views.
We'll know we're successful when: Our old website pages are new again, and people comment on them.
Advent calendar and monthly zine (sidequest)
Motivation: Charm our San Francisco users with content in a new medium – print.
What we'll ship: A monthly printed zine that we give to users in San Francisco.
We'll know we're successful when: People talk about our zine.

Design ops streamlining
Motivation: Nobody is really looking at how well our request process works. This quarter, we'll review the quantity and timeliness of submitted requests, and look for places to optimize the workflow. This includes how complete submitted requests are, where self-serve can help, and how to improve the request form.
What we'll ship: An updated request form, and a dashboard so we can monitor request usage.
We'll know we're successful when: Fewer requests need our help because of self-serve options, and requests spend less time in the queue.
Check your briefs (sidequest)
Motivation: Some automation could check request briefs for missing information, or point to templates and images that already exist.
What we'll ship: An automated brief checker.
We'll know we're successful when: Some requests are handled autonomously, and we have all the information we need when a request comes in.
