Alert for unresolved tickets

Escalate support tickets that remain unresolved after a set time. The workflow waits (for example 24 hours) and then checks whether the ticket status has changed. To enable this check, make sure your ticket events include a ticket ID or status property. This lets the workflow determine whether the ticket is still open and send a Slack alert if it hasn’t been updated.
