# Use Support in PostHog Code - Docs

**Open beta**

PostHog Code is in beta, so some behaviors may still change.

[PostHog Code](/docs/posthog-code.md) is the desktop app for driving parallel agents that improve your product. For Support, it's where you review and merge the [Self-driving](/docs/self-driving.md) PRs generated from your tickets. You don't reply to customer tickets here, that happens in the [web app](/docs/support/inbox.md).

## Review the fixes your tickets generated

Recurring issues in your support conversations become [Self-driving reports](/docs/self-driving/reports.md), each with the evidence behind it and, when there's a code fix, a drafted pull request. PostHog Code is where you connect those conversations as a signal source and work through the reports they generate.

Say a handful of reports landed overnight from your support queue. In PostHog Code you can:

- Open a report to see the tickets it groups, the session replays and events behind them, and the proposed fix
- Merge the pull request when the fix holds up, or steer the agent when it needs more context
- Take a multi-repo fix over locally and keep going with a full agent

Because the reports come straight from your tickets, you're reviewing fixes for problems your customers actually hit, ranked by how many of them hit it.

## How it connects to Slack

A task you start in [Slack](/docs/support/surfaces/slack.md) shows up in PostHog Code, so you can pick it up on your desktop and keep going. The same Self-driving inbox lives in both places.
