# PostHog Code Inbox troubleshooting - Docs

This page covers common issues with Inbox reports and agent research.

## Reports are not appearing

Background research can take up to fifteen minutes. If you've just connected a source, check which case applies.

### The source already has data

If the source already has data to ingest, records should appear in Inbox after a minute or two. For example, this applies when you connect Error Tracking and already have error issues in PostHog.

### The source is empty

If the source is empty, Inbox has nothing to report yet. For example, this applies when you connect Error Tracking in a blank project. Inbox will surface reports when there are user issues to resolve.

## Audit the agent

Every action the agent takes is logged. View the **Agent Log** in Inbox to see:

-   Which files the agent read
-   Which search queries it ran
-   How it arrived at the final implementation logic

Use the log to check what the agent saw, which decisions it made, and where to step in if the result looks wrong.
