Go to the [sources tab](https://app.posthog.com/data-management/sources) of the data pipeline section in PostHog. 2. Click **\+ New source** and then click **Link** next to Calendly. 3. Next, you need a personal access token from Calendly. In your Calendly account, go to **Integrations → API & Webhooks** and create a personal access token. Creating a personal access token requires a paid Calendly plan. Copy the token value. 4. Back in PostHog, enter the credentials and click **Next**. 5. Select the tables you want to sync, set the sync method and frequency, then click **Import**. Once the syncs are complete, you can start using Calendly data in PostHog. ## Available tables | Table | Description | Sync method | | --- | --- | --- | | `event_types` | Event types configured in your Calendly organization | Full refresh | | `scheduled_events` | Scheduled meetings, synced incrementally on `start_time` | Incremental | | `groups` | Groups within your Calendly organization | Full refresh | | `organization_memberships` | Members of your Calendly organization | Full refresh | | `routing_forms` | Routing forms configured in your organization | Full refresh | **Incremental** tables sync only new or updated records on each run. **Full refresh** tables reload all data on each sync. ## Configuration | Option | Type | Required | | --- | --- | --- | | `Personal access token` | password | Yes | ## Supported tables | Table | Description | Sync method | Incremental field | Primary key | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | `event_types` | A Calendly event type — a configurable meeting that invitees can book. | Full refresh | — | — | | `scheduled_events` | A booked meeting (scheduled event) on a user's Calendly calendar. | Webhook, Incremental, Full refresh | start\_time | — | | `invitees` | A person who booked a scheduled event, with their answers, tracking and cancellation. | Full refresh | — | — | | `groups` | A group within a Calendly organization used to organize members. | Full refresh | — | — | | `organization_memberships` | A user's membership in a Calendly organization, with their role. | Full refresh | — | — | | `routing_forms` | A Calendly routing form that qualifies and routes invitees to the right booking. | Full refresh | — | — | | `routing_form_submissions` | A completed routing form submission and where the respondent was routed. | Full refresh | — | — | | `event_type_memberships` | A host assigned to an event type, joining event types to the users who run them. | Full refresh | — | — | | `contacts` | A person in the Calendly contacts directory, which invitee emails resolve against. | Full refresh | — | — | | `group_relationships` | A member's or admin's relationship to a Calendly group, joining groups to their people. | Full refresh | — | — | | `activity_log_entries` | An audit log entry recording an action taken in a Calendly organization and who took it. | Incremental, Full refresh | occurred\_at | — | | `outgoing_communications` | An SMS or email message Calendly sent for a scheduled event, such as a reminder or a notification. | Full refresh | — | — | | `meeting_recaps` | A Notetaker recap of a meeting, for meetings scheduled through Calendly and external ones. | Full refresh | — | — | | `meeting_recap_transcripts` | The plain-text transcript of a meeting recorded by Notetaker. | Full refresh | — | — |
