Go to the [sources tab](https://app.posthog.com/data-management/sources) of the data pipeline section in PostHog. 2. Click **\+ New source** and then click **Link** next to Sage Intacct. 3. Enter your **Client ID**, **Client secret**, and **Web services username**. 4. Click **Next**. 5. Select the tables you want to sync and configure sync frequency as needed. 6. Click **Import**. ## Sync modes Each table can be synced in one of several modes, depending on what the source supports: - **Webhook** (when available) – the source pushes changes to PostHog in real time. Fastest freshness, lowest ongoing cost, and the only mode that reliably captures updates and deletes. - **Incremental** – only new or updated rows are synced on each run, using a cursor field (such as an `updated_at` timestamp). Cheaper than a full refresh, but deletes aren't captured. - **Append only** – new rows are appended using a cursor field; existing rows are never updated. Ideal for immutable, append-only tables like event logs. - **Full refresh** – the whole table is reloaded on every sync. Use it when a table has no reliable cursor or when you need deletions reflected. See [sync methods](/docs/cdp/sources.md#sync-methods) for a full explanation of how each mode works and how to choose between them. All Sage Intacct tables use **full refresh** only. Each sync re-imports the complete dataset for the selected tables. This ensures edits and deletions in Sage Intacct are reflected in PostHog. Incremental sync is not supported. ## Configuration | Option | Description | | --- | --- | | `Client ID` **Type:** text **Required:** True | | | `Client secret` **Type:** password **Required:** True | | | `Web services username` **Type:** text **Required:** True | Enter UserId@CompanyId or UserId@CompanyId\|entityId for access to one entity. | ## Supported tables | Table | Description | Sync method | Incremental field | Primary key | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | `Customers` | A customer that buys goods or services from the company. | Full refresh | — | — | | `Vendors` | A vendor that supplies goods or services to the company. | Full refresh | — | — | | `Invoices` | An accounts receivable invoice that records charges to a customer. | Full refresh | — | — | | `Bills` | An accounts payable bill that records charges from a vendor. | Full refresh | — | — | | `GLAccounts` | A general ledger account in the company chart of accounts. | Full refresh | — | — | | `JournalEntries` | A journal entry that records a transaction in the general ledger. | Full refresh | — | — | - **customers** – A customer that buys goods or services from the company - **vendors** – A vendor that supplies goods or services to the company - **invoices** – An accounts receivable invoice that records charges to a customer - **bills** – An accounts payable bill that records charges from a vendor - **gl\_accounts** – A general ledger account in the company chart of accounts - **journal\_entries** – A journal entry that records a transaction in the general ledger ## Troubleshooting If your sync is failing or data looks wrong, see the [Data warehouse troubleshooting guide](/docs/data-warehouse/troubleshooting.md).
